Repo Threat Calls After Large Payments Were Reversed

Wells Fargo Auto Finance called harassing us that they would repo our vehicle when large payments were made towards the account. They've reversed the payments. Once I contacted them to find out what happened to our payments that they reversed they transferred me (probably all over the world) and kept me on hold for more than an hour. Finally, I received a call from Wells Fargo Auto, even though I had the other line on hold with them, I spoke with the team leader and was advised that they would give me a call back tomorrow after the payments were applied correctly.

I still couldn't get an answer why the collector who called us would be harassing us and threatening us that they would repo our vehicle.
