Hub Caps Missing

I had my alignment done at the porter 77365 location and found the hub cap missing reaching home. When asked they said that the vehicle came without the hubcaps.
I am sure that the Hub caps were there when I gave in for service and it is my fault that I did not check it while taking dekivery. Unfortunately this is the second incident with NTB and I thought this warrants a review at this time. Thanks,
