Cristian Williams "owner" Ripped me off with shitty service. Used 2 screws to hold bumper in place and when i hit a dip the bumper came off and when I took it back to him he used glue to put back in place and now my car looks

I was charged 650.00 dollars for a bumper and two slightly dent fenders. I paid 350 up front and the other 300 upon completion of job. Everything looked good upon picking up car but when I was driving and hit a SMALL dip I heared a loud noise coming from under the the car thinking I had ran over a water jug, I got out and looked at my car and the bumper was hanging from off from the sides. Upon closer inspection from myself I noticed he only used 1 screw for each side when it actually uses 3 screw on each side about an inch apart from each other. I took the car back and he wanted me to leave it there over the weekend but I refused and asked why would he need my car for 3 days when all he had to do was screw in the remaining screws. His answer was that he had to order a special compound so he can glue the part that broke off. Never thinking about what he meant until I brought my car to him that following Monday and picked it up that afternoon I noticed what he had done.
