Jims big store ripoff! I paid for a 66 chrome bumper for a classic car and never recived my bumper

I ordered a bumper in march paying with visa card and never got my bumper. I cannot get in touch with jimsbig store to find why or what is going on. I paid 350.00 for the bumper. They dont anser emails or phone calls.

Last i herd from them was in sept saying bumper would be delivered by the end of november. Just want bumper or my money back. Order number is 05-706. Its a chrome bumper for a classic car.
