Ripoff tore off my front bumper refuses to fix it

I went to the local pep boys, on April 29 for a routine oil change. The store suppervisor told me it oould take two and a half hours to do the oil change on my car, at first that seemed pretty long but I it really needed to be done.

So I come back after two hours hoping my cars done. When I go in to check on the status of the car the service manager David Strow told me it was already done, so I paid. When I went out to look for my car they informed me that it was parked on the opposite side of the store.

As I walk up to my car I notice the front bumper is only attached to the left side of the car. The other side was laying on the ground. So I go back inside the store to tell the manager what had happened. He came to look at the car after blowing off another customer who had been waiting a while.

When David Strow came to look at the car he told me it would take all day for them to fix the car, at this time I was beyond pissed, I had other plans for the day besides wait for my car to be fixed. Then David also went on to tell me that there was already damage done to the front end of the car.

Finally, they put my car back on the rack, the original cause for my bumper being riped off. (my car is lowered four inches all the way around) They decided that fixing my car ment putting a screw in the front bumper and messing up the bumper even more.

Then when David heard my dad was coming down to help me deal with this problem, he decided to leave the store and tried to give my keys to someone who was not the owner of the car.

After three weeks of making many long distant phone calls and dealing with idiots on the phone, they finally sent me a check for $635.00, however the damages done amounts to $783.00. After calling corporate again telling them the damages couldn't be fixed for that price, they told me to sue them, I think thats what I'll have to do.
