50 year old well seasoned no phone answerin con that wants to take your money

I bought a transmission from a to z salvage yard and man let me tell ya, the guy that answers the phone is somethin else. I'd say the he doesnt care about any one but him self. He wont answer the phone and he wont send any one out like he said he would, well he did send a old man out one time to look at my truck at 8:00 pm. But that was all he did was look. So i called the next day and they said they would send a tech my way but still nothin. I called the next mornin several times no answer, finally at lunch time they answerd i asked what yall gonna do and all I heard was he'll be there at 4:30 then he just slamed the phone down. So at 5:00 pm i called again asked where his driver at and he said i'll have him call you and slamed the phone again. And now i sit with 750 dollars of junk under my truck that they wont let me return for an exchange or a refund.
