Regarding your car fax, keep it and send it to Wisconsin Atty General. The vin on the car fax will prove they probably don't have that specfic car in stock. Run the vin yourself and see. Contact the Better Business Bureau and send the same copy to Wisc. Dept. Of Consumer Protection. When your ripped off make a big deal to save others the same problems.
