Took my money and did not deliver transmission I ordered and paid for in full

On June 10th I sent $850.00 money order to them for a transmission. The contact person Renee, who seemed very nice and sincere told me if I could get the money to them right away, they would get the transmission sent out to me right away and I would have it in 2-3 days. I found them on the national list for auto parts on line. It is now August 22. I do not have the transmission and she will not refund my money. They did however send me the wrong transmission about 2 months ago and 2 weeks after that send a truck to pick that one up. But its just been one excuse after the next as to why they have not sent the right one. Only recently did she admit they didn't actually have the transmission I ordered. Now they tell me they are looking for one. I understand its a hard item to find, I have done everything I could think of to help them find one but she says they're professionals and they don't need my help. After 3 months of not getting me the transmission I need, I have requested a refund. They refused to refund my money. I have now had to hire a lawyer to help me recover my money. I would tell anyone thinking of doing business with A to Z Auto Salvage to do it in person. Not over the internet. We got taken. This transmission was for my son's car. He paid for this out of his savings. Every last dime he had. She ripped us off big time. Don't let southern charm fool you the way it fooled us.
