Description of service received from Conejo Valley 76:
MAZDA MPV - Check for vibration
Road tested, duplicated the problem
Checked no sign off [sic] any damage. Rotated tires, Road tested no more vibration, But needs tires and alignment and one wheel is damage [sic]
Total labor charge: $100
Within a few minutes after i had picked up the car from conejo valley 76 the rattling vibrations were back. I brought the car to a japanese car specialist.
Their diagnostics and repair: radiator was leaking, various hoses needed to be replaced (corroded), new engine water by-pass, reset computer.
They completed all necessary repairs. Car is running smoothly.
I spoke to the owner of conejo valley 76, and i sent the diagnostics result from the japanese car specialist plus a letter to the conejo valley 76 shop asking for a refund. No comment from conejo valley 76 since then.
