Manager Unauthorized use of my credit card, rude and should not be dealing with people

The Manager at this U-Haul located in Parkville is the most rude, unprofessional and unreasonable person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Here's the story: I rented a 5x8 trailer from U-Haul in Fulton, MO (POLITE PEOPLE) and I was to have this trailer for 7 days round trip. My engine failed in Parkville thus leaving me without a tow vehicle. I called U-Haul in Missouri and they said drop off the trailer at the nearest U-haul, not a problem. The closest U-haul was this Parkville location. From the time I got there this U-Haul Manager was rude, didn't want to be bothered and apparently hates life in general. My original fee was to be $206.00 round trip for the trailer. I drop the trailer off in Parkville and this manager says that I owe him $630.00! I replied, NO WAY! He said that it was because that I did a wrongful dropoff and thats that! I refused to pay such a ripoff price. Well, my credit card was charged (UNAUTHORIZED) $630.00 so I called U-Haul headquarters in Arizona and made a formal complaint. U-Haul was kind enough to return $308.00 of the money that they stole (WHAT A JOKE). It's my opinion that this is nothing short of highway robbery so "BUYER BEWARE" of this U-haul in Parkville, MD and don't count on U-Haul Headquarters being of any great help either.in closing I know that not all U-hauls are bad but this experience makes me not want to ever deal with them again and I hope that they get it in the end.
