U-haul saved my travel plans

My experience with U-Haul was most satisfactory. I needed a sport trailer for an emergency one-way trip. I called the U-Haul outlet on St. James Street in Winnipeg and the only sport trailer was at another location at the far side of town. While my vehicle was getting a trailer hitch installed, John, an employee there, delivered the trailer for me. The hitch was installed at a cost that was $100 less than at a competitor in Winnipeg.
I originally set my destination at Vancouver, but en route I changed it to Duncan, on Vancouver Island, which was another day further. There, I was greeted with respect, and there was no additional fee for extending the route.

For obvious reasons, when I rent a trailer again, I will not hestitate to visit U-Haul.
