Royal Car Center
Inc. Company does not guarantee the satisfaction of vehicles Purchased bmw and service engine light was on in 20 days, mgr wiped hands free of any issue!

Cars & Transport

I purchased a 2000 BMW 328I from Royal Car Center on Erie Avenue in Philadelphia about 20 days ago. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them for satisfaction.
A couple of days ago, the service engine soon light came on, the dcs deactivated, it wasn't accelerating, and began to cut off. I notified the dealer, only because they said that they guaranteed it for thirty days, but I just had to get the car to them.

I inconveniently took it there, it was left for 3 days, when they called to say it was finished, but couldn't tell me what the mechanic did to remedy the problem. That same night the service engine light came back on and the other problems reoccurred. Frustrated, I contacted mgr. And he told me then to just take it someone else and use the warranty, which I needed to make copay for, because it was only a courtesy for the dealer to guarantee the car for thirty days, and I would have to just get a lawyer to contact him for any further conversation.
I think this is absurd and I am in the process of contacting a lawyer to find out my rights in a situation of " bad business"!
