Damaged Selling Vehicle

On October 21. I purchased a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, on the 27th of this same month, which was 6 days after the purchase the check engine light went on. I tought it may have needed a tune up or something basic that a vehicle would require as maintance, but unfortunately I was informed of major damage of the vehicle which would cost me a total of 1,300 dollars. I went the next morning to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and showed them the damages that the vehicle had. They stayed with the vehicle for 2 days to tell me that there was a loose wire that cause the light engine to come on. I took the vehicle back and 2 days later the light came on again so I decided to take it to a different mechanic which inform me of the same damages. The light goes off everytime you put a machine to check the cause of why the check engine light goes on it turns the light off the reason is because it programs back the computer of the vehicle. On November 4th we decided to talk to the owner of the dealer to make an agreement so we could settle the problem. He stated the the place where I took the vehicle which was Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet they were lying and all they do is add things that are not damaged. He gave us a guarantee of 180 days of guareente that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, that if anything will happen they will fix it. On the following day the light came on again so I called and spoke to Deanna which inform me that the owner said to keep on driving the vehicle to see where was the damage. I cannot have my wife driving with a vehicle where it could turn off on her with my kids. I went back to the dealer and asked the owner to pay half of what they charged to fix the vehicle, which in my guarantee states that the seller will pay 50 percent. Which he doesn't want to do. I was not satisfied with the service and decided to return the vehicle and get my down payment money back, which they said they will. Like one lie after another they lied about giving my money back I was there for 2 hours just to leave with only 1,300 when I gave a down payment of 2,345. I am so disappointed and wouldn't want anybody to go threw this or to be taken there money like that not in this time of economy with a family of 6. Than you
