My package was supposed to be delivered on 12/24/08, I called this morning to get a refund for the difference (Friday delivery $20, Wednesday deliver $51). The thought of my package not arriving to its destination never occurred to me.

When I called I was told that my package is considered “lost in transit” and that there is nothing that can be done; that I have to wait up to 8 days!!!

I understand that mistakes happen and but there is no way that I am willing to wait 8 days. It is not acceptable; there are Christmas gifts in that package for my family which I was not able to see. There has to be a way to track my package ASAP.

On top of all of this every time I’ve called the representatives that I’ve spoken to are not sympathetic at all, and this is also unacceptable. They are “customer service representatives” and they are rude and cold. I understand that this is not happening to them, but what if it was?

This is the worst treatment I’ve ever received, it is also the worst approach to resolution that I’ve ever heard of..
