Shaker Area autorepair did an oil-change and smashed drop stick stress installation and stripped drain bolt. First issue induced oil to pour onto motor nearly destroying motor because of disastrous lack of gas. Alsoi led to severe clutter - $800 fix bill for components and cleanup. Removed bolt needed changing spill pot - over $500 components and work. They didn't actually provide to reimbursement cost of oil-change. This ensemble is held individually from Shaker Valley Car whose operator, Frank Lacroix, understands these issues and it has attempted to assist me using the repair center owners. I don't wish to observe Frank tainted from the bad work completed from the repair center who bought the company from him.
