Car wash damage my car by not thighting my bolt after an oil change

I went to get an oil change in july right after i notice my oil spilling out of car i call my machinic to see ehat was wrong i had a appointment with machinic on 18 of july to see what was wrong but did not keep appoinment but my car was still loosing oil i keep putting of machanic cause i did not have money in the mean time i keep putting oil in my car anf on august 15about 300am in the morning while driving on freeway my car start smoking got a tow home on the 16 i call my machanic to see what were wrong as soon as he got under car and look his words were who change my oil lately did not thighten the bolt thighenough the bolt were loose thats the reason why my car were leaking oil and the bolt finally drop out all my oil spill and by me driving when it happen i mess up my engine of my car went back to the car wash offcourse they deny me and even worsr i do not have my reciept for oil change so i cannot prove that they mess up my car my not thighten my bolt after my last oil change
