Our car loan was acquired by santanter under this past year and since that time it's not mattered just how much i over-pay, for my funds should never be enough as well as their costs are outragious. I didnt accept their prices, they must be honring the price by which we'd once the mortgage was origined. Their customer support is terrible in having no solutions to a lot of something and being transferred from broker to broker subsequently hung-up on repeatly in the place of get solutions for that support that used to do not need from their store, but I'd no option. Today im stuck using the proven fact that I've to pay for them whatsoever they need or be switched into the credit companies. Ive tried to go over these problems before with customer support but fundamentally they provide me the brush-off and proceed to stay it in my experience. I really hope im alone that is happening to
