They lie to you

I read some of the other articles because i just got of the phone with them and i glad i'm not also. A few months back i was late and was told i had to pay 800 by friday to stop a repo. Well i told the lady i'm not sure if i could come up with the whole amount. She told me if i did that she would remove the late fees on my account. Which totaled over $200.. Well i made the payment and called back. Then she said i have to pay another $250 by monday. I explained that i did what she had asked of me she said sorry and once this was paid she would remove the late fees. Well i got the money and paid it called her up and then she says she can only remove half of the late fees. Well that not what she told me. I delt with it and when my next invoce came the late fees where still there. I tryed getting in touch with the same lady but when i call her ext. Someone else answered they told me she can't give any credit for that kind of amonth. Man was i pissed. Well i had a extendion back in feb and the person i spoke to said i only have a couple left to use. When i spoke to the person today she told me that they don't go by a certin number and i can use anymore extions on my acccount. I really am not sure if they just lie all the time or if they're just badly trained. I have a couple years ago spoke to a guy there and he did everything that he told me on the phone he was going to do. So i guess there are good people that do work there. I just wish i could speek to those people when i call
