Ripoff harrassing over late fees

I bought a car from WFS for my 18 year old daughter. She makes the payments but 3 times now the payment has been received a few days past the grace period resulting in a late fee of $25.00.

She is not behind in the payment at all, just the late fee. She owes $75.00. I receive calls about 8 times a day between my home, work and cell phone. I spoke with someone the other day and told him that I would have her send in a payment. He continues to call. I have gotten to a point of not answering the phone. I finally answered the phone this morning and told a lady to stop calling me so many times a day. She said for me to send a Cease and Desist letter and they will stop calling. I told her that my daughter will pay include an additional $25.00 a month for 3 months to pay off the late fees.

I can't believe they have collectors calling on a simple little late fee. I have had loans with Ford and they tack it to the end of your loan and leave you alone. I will never go through WFS again.
