Ordered an item and pd for an item that they no longer had. They sent me a replacement part that I did not want. Took a month of calling them and the warehouse where the item was shipped from and multiple emails to get a return shipping label to return the unwanted item back to the warehouse. Now a month later of again emails and phone calls getting no response trying to get a refund back to my paypal acct with no success. Even calls and emails to paypal go unsuccesfully. (paypal can not help me either).. So here I am with nothing and less my payment made two months after I made a purchase online from this rip-off, poor excuse of a business. Buyers beware. Do not buy from big boys custom toys or partsshowroom (two are the same people)
