Paypal charging back based on fraudulent claims Ripoff

I will never do business with ebay or paypal again. One chargeback was based upon the item being "not described". Emails from buyer show that post office allegedly damaged the item and they filed a claim; and 2 the buyer broke the top part. Without contact me Paypal told buyer to send damaged item back to me and reversed the charge. I never got the item

The other chargeback is due to a buyer wanting me to store the item until October - emails confirm this. The item shipped October 23, but then I find out that she filed a claim for "never received" prior to the known shipment. She has the merchandise and my money.

Somebody needs to do something with Paypal. This has hurt me financially and now paypal is calling to collect - I told them I was not paying a dime. They have now froze my account and my money.
