Protechstore took my money and never shipped anything. Ripoff

I ordered a laptop power cord from this company. I selected 2 day shipping b/c it was an emergency. After not recieving it for 5 days, I was finally able to get in touch with sommeone at the company who said they didnt have that item anymore. Thank for letting me know, buddies.

They promised to refund my credit card. The did not. I was unable to reach anyone via phone - i left over 4 messages and the same number of emails and recieved no response from them.

Do not order from this company. Thier feed back on embay says it all

- Avoid this seller - waited over 2 months and never received the item!!!
- worst ebayer ever! 1mo, no contact! Finally refunds and calls it a mutual unpaid
