Awful experience

I placed an order on 18 Jan on behalf of my father, I then went on holiday for 2 weeks and had expected that it would have been delivered in my absence. Upon returning it had not arrived. I phoned and was initially told to phone back later as they were not near a computer and so could not check the order. I phoned back later and my details were taken and was told that they would look into it, no futher contact was made. I tried phoning back on other occasions but just get an answer machine and none of my messages are retuned.

I have also sent many e-mails all of which have been ignored, please do not order from this supplier, they are con-men out to take your money.
