Miscellaneous

In March my wife was browsing the Internet when she came across a Free Trial offer. Two products at £3.49 each.

I paid for these with my credit card and they arrived about 3 to 4 weeks later.

Never thought any more about it untill I noticed that on the 27th May they had taken 2 withdrawals from my bank, 1 x £74.95 for Bellagenix and 1 x £74.95 for Veloura. I never recieved any product from them and I did not instruct them do take funds.

I phoned them and asked for no further transactions.

I thought that was it!

From returning from holiday recently, I checked by Credit card statement and to my disappointment, they have taken more money from my account, £74.95 & £69.90

I phoned my bank right away and was surprised when they told me immediately that this was a scam and it would be unlikely for me to get any money back, my bank has put a stop on any further money being taken.

I phoned the Bellagenix & Veloura and told them how disapointed I was and that they had taken nearly £300 from my wife and I.

I know in some ways this is my fault for not being more vigil, but what a bloody rip off.
