Missing Paperwork/Package

UPS has no record of picking up a package, but it shows on the going out list from our mail room. They are going to see if they can find it in "1-8 business days." I don't have 1-8 days to see if they can find it. My son is waiting and I have to have that paperwork to get him. That's why I sent it UPS.

I'm not waiting to see if they can find it in 1-8 days. I'm starting over on this set of paperwork for my adoption today.

What I would like to happen is for them to find it today, deliver it next day early air with no charge and include next day early air return shipping for no charge.
