UPS PACKAGE review - delivery

Three days ago I was waiting for UPS to deliver a package I had ordered. I saw the UPS truck go down the street and a few minutes later he left without stopping at my residence. Five minutes later my doorbell rang and a woman was there with MY PACKAGE that the UPS driver had left at her building on HER PATIO! I wrote to UPS asking why. The package weighed nine pounds and I apologized to the woman and thanked her for taking the time to deliver it to me. UPS was paid dearly to deliver to my residence. Apparently the driver didn't have the time, concern, or was unable to read the address which is printed extremely large. I am very annoyed at this and would appreciate a response from UPS, but apparently that is not something they do!!
