Ripoff

Out of last times I have gotten a package mailed thru UPS, 4 of 5 have not been handled well. 3 times they where suposed to have package left at the mail center for pickup and they were not, I had to go meet the driver on his route to get my package. The 4th time they could not find my package at all, I had to wait for 3 days until they tried to re-deliver it!

I will not use this service for outgoing mail and I am now asking people not to send me packages via UPS!!! Oh, did I mention they only allow pickups between 2pm to 4pm? If I did this at my job we'd be out of business.
