Very very disapointed - drilled sloted rotors

Order rotors from this company on 6/05/09 recived 2 emails stating there were problems with the machining of rotors and that would take another 2 weeks each time, one on 7/15 and the second e-mail on 7/31, try to call, left message on answering machine and they never answered, send them two e-mails and they never answer my e-mails, called my bank to get my money back and report this company to the better busssines bureau on aug the 19th, and still brake planet has never answered my e-mails, & have not received the rotors and have already order rotors from a diferent company.
