Where's my refund? - slotted and drilled rotors with zinc coating

I contacted Brakeplanet via chat many times on the status of my Rotors. Each time I was told they're at the Finishing vendor for zinc coating. A total of 12 weeks have gone by and the status has not changed. I then cancelled my order and was promised 100% refund in 3-4 days. A week later I've received nothing.
