Bad company - Brake Rotors and Pads

I ordered pads and rotors for my Titan and Altima. They said they would ship from the east coast (where I live) but after several e-mails and telephone calls they couldn't give me a ship date. I finally cancelled the order by phone and e-mail. Three and half weeks later the order shows up at my door, after I had re-purchased and installed my brakes on both vehicles. 3 1/2 weeks delivery would not have been a problem if they had only communicated with me. They agreed to take the product back but I've been waiting for prepaid shipping labels for almost 2 weeks, which a supervisor assured me would be mailed to me the very next day.
