After arranging a reservation 10 minutes before, on which was previously the flight that I frequently travel, I named customer support to ask about a feasible change in my own reservation. The CS representative (Frank) was positive, but was unhelpful, and so I requested to consult with a boss. Within my discussion using the boss, where I proceeded to request regular concerns regarding whether they recognize additional flight costs - she proceeded to talk to me like I had been an idiot, and was really brief and beyond rude. Being the mild-mannered individual I'm, I informed her that she didn't need to be rude, because it was her WORK to answer my concerns. Kiss my ass. Alaska, perhaps you must employ people that are PERSONABLE in customer support. Absurd
