Waited 4 weeks for online coupons after paying yearly price

I've a USAir charge card and that I spend the yearly charge in May (my wedding day) On my wedding date I'm designed to get a promotion code advantageous to 2 friend seats for $99 (and several additional rewards). I spend the yearly charge to obtain this function. I've repeatedly named USAIR charge card organization since after more than 4 weeks I've not gotten my rules.in the beginning they explained I'd to hold back 6-8 months from my wedding day for mailing. Never rec'd. That brought me into July. They explained they'd resend the bundle. I've now waited one more 2 months but still nothing. (they wont actually speak with you about this until your 2 months is up) I've kept off arranging my children visit to get these rules. I've called USAir straight plus they deliver me to some fax only quantity wherever I get no reaction. There's no cause at this time they can't-get me the signal or return my yearly charge. That is absurd. I've been a regular flyer for a long time. Believe me when this really is solved I'm going to be arranging on the unique flight. Exactly what a rip-off!
