In March we closed a with Future Holidays with respect to Resort One Months for timeshare accommodations and a web-based site to supply apartments for lease.in March we're named by Resort One Months and informed that Future Holidays offered us unacceptable agreements which watts had a need to signal a brand new agreement to obtain out-of our yearly Dues. Of program this could charge a cost-$2500 - $5000 based on what we desired to spend. We met in August to go over, we achieved, we recorded in to the site and went within the agreement we'd authorized. I acquired my initial agreement back, using their resistance, and mentioned I had been likely to talk to my lawyer. @20 minutes after I quit, I had been locked-out of the web site at resortoneweeks.com and that I attempted to get hold of them, no chance. I had been prepared to spend my yearly quality in March, but which was not adequate enough. I've submitted many grievances with no answers back. Nowadays, 12/8/10 at 730 pm, I recieved a call stateing that I was in breach of contract and had to come talk with them. I mentioned I needed someplace to send my cash to, $179.00 yearly fees, and also the woman turned irrate and wouldn't provide me the informaiotn or inform me where you can deliver the check. Mentioned I should come speak with her personally to obtain this exercised and spend cash since Future Holidays didn't spend them fro the service-we bought. It's not my issue who they utilize for external suppliers. I really needed to hang-up about the woman due to noisy furious shades and failure to permit me to speak.
