Yearly charge for that Charge Card

I'd obtained Safe charge card with $29 yearly charge from Lender of America that I deposited $99 for security transferred. After completing 9 weeks, according to my required they transformed my guaranteed card to unprotected (normal) card as well as delivered my safety deposit of $99. Although transforming, customer service affiliate established that there will not be any yearly fee as today it's changed into normal card without any annual charge.

After twelve months, they charged me $29 plus they are stating the card is by using yearly fee plus they are sorry if any customer service affiliate had misguided me plus they cannot do something and that I need to spend the annual charge.

I'd not need extended using the card if it had been having yearly charge while transforming guaranteed to unprotected card. But I extended since affiliate informed that there will not be yearly charge.

Bank of America folks do not do the things they have stated plus they are providing incorrect data to clients.
