I went directly into stop my account, and after badgering and guilting me to carry on the membership for all moments, they explained these were likely to cost me the regular AND yearly renewal price anyway. They declined to return me the yearly charge, stating it had been within the agreement. The regular charge I will comprehend, however the agreement just stipulates that I'd be billed the regular charge easily ended following a particular evening. Exactly what a large ripoff!
