I never got a confirmation email of the two tickets I ordered

I never got a verification mail of both seats I requested. 24 hours later, my two emails requesting confirmation went unanswered. Our charge card company. Said it appeared to be a credit was along the way for Air France. The seats were said to be on USAir! I visited USAir online and requested exactly the same seats and settled exactly the same cost.

I DON'T SUGGEST this online website!!!
