Ali Dolatabadi Sold a van that burned to a crisp about 20 minutes after sale of vehicle Altaloma

Mr Dolatabadi sold us a van on 07/25 that literally blew up 15 minutes after we bought it. It was sp ignited that it shutdown the 15 fwy on 07/25. My 2 youngest were in the van 5 & 10. There was no warninh and Mr. Dolatabadi had kept insuring us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with van and that he had taken it on many family trips. We later found that he had not driven it. It was bought at an aution and had several things wrong with it. My son said while we were filling out paper wprk, Mr. Dolatavadi and his father were doing something to rhe battery. He keeps telling me to wait and he will do something when he can. He say's I should be grateful and if I keep bothering, he will not do anything at all. He has refused after several attemps to return money and time keeps passing with the same response that he is working on it. He has even threatened to block my phone number if I keep calling.
