Coggin Nissan Regency Sold a 2009 Versa as NEW with a receipt in the glove box showing it was previously owned!

In Mid August I was shopping for a NEW vehicle. I was sold a 2009 Nissan Versa at Coggin Nissan Regency on Atlantic Boulevard. The vehicle had around 1300 miles on it at the time of purchase, but I was reassured this was from test drives and demonstrations of the vehicle.in good faith I purchased the vehicle. Around 2 weeks later I discovered a folder in the glove compartment with a receipt and a completed NEW CAR SALES CHECKLIST from October that was signed by the previous owner and the dealership. I met with the customer relations representative (Cecille) and explained what I found and that this was a material fact that had been withheld, thus an illegal sale because had I known this vehicle had been driven off of the lot without a dealership representative and previously owned I would not have purchased this car.
It was disclosed to me by Cecille that the 1300 miles were driven by the previous owner. I asked for $5,000 (Floridas maximum collectible amount for punitive damages) and that the vehicle cost to be reduced to reflect the fact that it is in fact not "NEW" to what it would cost as a PREVIOUSLY OWNED car. The dealerships defense stems from the notion that the title was never in the name of the previous owner so it is a "NEW" car. However, the title ownership does not indicate to the purchaser (me) the actual "newness" of the condition of the vehicle after 1300 miles have been driven off of the lot without a dealership representative. I was ripped off and feel that a court would agree that this needs to be rectified and punished to deter this type of gross misrepresentation from happening without possible consequences.
