I bought a hutch one day and returned the next to purchase a TV. I then had to wait for an hour as they could not find the delivery of my hutch in the computer. They went back and forth and kept saying things like linked delivery, and the guy who sold you the hutch screwed this up. Not very professional. Then I after I finally get that resolved, I was told they would deliver on Saturday. 7:20 on Saturday morning, I get a phone call scheduling delivery within 3 hours. Great. 30 minutes later they call and tell me they opened the shipment the night before and it was the wrong item so they can't deliver it. I ask what color it is and they said they don't know. I asked if I could have a floor model since I am leaving the state for orientation at a new job. No. They said they are willing to refund or wait several weeks to try again. I had to speak to a supervisor to even get an "I'm sorry."
