Ups just cant take it!

I had to move on ups was damaging a great number of packages during shipments. We finally went to fedex and voiced our conerns and changed. Ups is out alot of money with my bussiness. 10-20 packages a day. Ups claims is even worse. Now they are going so far as to tell me how to pack goods! Funny thing is they dont leave all smashed up. Very sad!!!
