Damaged packages forced move to FedEx, and claims process was worse

I had to move on UPS was damaging a great number of packages during shipments. We finally went to FedEx and voiced our concerns and changed. UPS is out a lot of money with my business. 10-20 packages a day. Ups claims is even worse. Now they are going so far as to tell me how to pack goods! Funny thing is they don't leave all smashed up. Very sad!!!
