Lied about condition of the tires and about the condition of the body

I purchased a used 2008 BMW through Wilde Jaguars internet sales department. I specifically asked the salesman, Zac Plough how much wear was left on the tires and if there were any imperfections anywhere on the car. He assured me that his service dept. Would not allow any of there used cars to be sold without at least 60% tread remaining and that the car had no imperfections at all. The car was delivered to me with less than 30% tread remaining, certified to me by a local Goodyear dealer, and numerous deep gauges in the drivers side door and front bumper. I have asked for some compensation but they refuse to do anything at all but instead just me a lot of lip service. I am a car collector and buy sell and trade numerous cars yearly. I have dealt with many car dealerships throughout the years but these guys are amongst the worst. Warning!!! Stay away!!!
