Package Not Received

I did not receive my package. It should have come with 3 other packages from same company as it was one of 4 shipments due and shipped out from company same day. The date the other 3 packages arrived was August 10th, around 5pm. I ordered quite a few items within a week period and therefore only recently discovered it did not arrive to my home with the others. The order number from company was 307-5779700-02. Please help.
