Damaged car during Oil Change

Horrible service! Don't Go there unless you want you car to be damaged only to have them tell you that your an idiot. I've been going there for years and in May they caused my car to have an oil leak. They gave me 3 different reasons as to why it was leaking... And the final answer after going back there 3 times was that they used the wrong washer.

Yesterday, July 21, I took my car back there to get the oil changed and guess what its leaking again! There response this time was that it was a "drip plate" and it wasn't cleaned off all the way. There is NO drip plate near the oil plug, which is where it's once again leaking from. They also told me "don't bother coming back if its still leaking."
