Car Still Leaking After 6+ Shop Visits, Owner Refuses Refund

Took my car to Top Line Auto for an oil change and the owner said that everything is leaking. He would fix it for $600. I have taken the car to the shop more than 6 times because it is still leaking and they can't figure out where the leak is coming from. What kind of mechanics are they? They said they even put in some kind of dye so that they can see where it is originating from, and they still have not been able to fix it. I really think they just rip people off (from some of the complaints that I have read from BBB). The owner won't refund me and won't return phone messages... Please do not take your car there for any repairs. They can't be trusted.
