Can't figure out the leak

Took my car to top line auto for an oil change and owner said that everything is leaking. Will fix it for $600. I have taken the car over the shop more than 6 times because it is still leaking and they can't figure out where the leak is coming from. What kind of mechanics are they? They said they even put some kind of dye so that they can see where it is originating from and still not have been able to fix it. I really think they just ripped people off (from some of the complaints that I have read from BBB). Owner won't refund me, won't return phone messages... Please do not take your car there for any repairs. They can't be trusted.!
