Im a damn war veteran and these guys ripped me off thanks for my service right!

These guys sold me a bad car!!! First i drive to 360 miles to them. They say buy with confidence? I advise no one to buy from them i bought a 2006 lincoln. A week after i bought it, it broke down on me.in the rain with my wife and three week old daughter. I needed a jump start then i took it to the lincoln dealer they tell me that the battery was bad and the electrical system was bad. They tell me who ever sold you this ar new it was bad they must of jumped everytime they showed it off WTF. I figure i had the warrenty on it they'll pay for it "wrong" they tell me there warrenty didnt cover it. But im still not panicking because they recommended an extra warrenty company that i was paying monthly for but then they said they dont cover it either. And oh yea did i mention direct auto recomended them so now i have to come out of pocket almost 1000 dollars. But it doesnt stop there after them blowing me off and ignoring me i finally got through to the managers i think it was mike and gary they said they will pay me 400 dollars witch was somewhat fair. But i had to write a letter saying that i was satisfied with the 400 and that i was pleased with there service. Of course like a dumb ass i write it, sent it to gary recieved nothing in return only for them to tell they never got my email ok yeah right. So finally i got fed up with there bullsh*t, and decided to call them out on there bullsh*t service and write about them stay far away from them.
