Refusal to 90 day warrenty issue

Witt refused to perform service to a prewoned vehicle they sold with a 90 day warrenty attached. Check engine light came on under warrenty date and Service department stated they were not trained for that make and that I should take vehicle to the make for service. The make discovered $3K worth of other major issues and Witt refused to pay to fix problem. They stated the cost I payed was not worth them putting out $3K to fix or they would go out of business if they were to do so with every vehicle they sold. To add insult to injury, Witt also sold an extended warrenty for this vehicle that is no good and refuse to provide requested refund.
