Fron load washer&drye

I got lemons right after I bought them I had service come out they wern't working then 1 1/2 yrss. Later I have them come out again. The dryer needed a new hearting element and some other little whell and the washer needed a new pump. I paid $240.00 to fix washer and 190.00 to fix dryer. And wait to wait 3 weeks to get it fixed. I called Sears to complain they said they would reimburse me $150. Each washer And &150. For dryer. They said it would take 7-10 days to get my money I called twice they said it was being processed. I called again last week, then I was told they can't do that. So they lied right to me... I had alot of frustration with them along the way and now they lie to me... My whole house has only had Sears appliances in it for the last 27 yearsand that will end now I am totally dissappointd in Sears and their Kenmore products. The front loaders for their prices are a joke. They are cheap and peices of crap.
