Over charging and hidden charges

I have been a along time NTB customer. Today I wanted to buy two tires to replace two rear tires. The technician tried to charge $114.00 for tire balancing. Will not rotate new tires to the front stating "new technology will not allow it". There was also two hours waiting, though I was there at 8 AM; it was poorly staffed. After I saw the estimate, I went to the Discount Tire Co. They were well staffed, price and service were $150 less than NTB. They rotated my tires free.
