NTB service Less than great

Yesterday I went to NTB to have my tires rotated, an oil change and alignment. At this time they found that my front tires needed to be replaced. Upon check out, they realized that the did not do my oil change. I also noticed that also they did not do my tire rotation. So I scheduled a time today to have the oil change and tire rotation. I left NTB and noticed that they still didn't do my tire rotation. Terrible!
