I taken care of my vehicle $30K. It had been taken in 2 weeks after I purchased and Allstate settled just $25K declaring the worth of the vehicle had fallen. Law enforcement statement plainly mentioned the vehicle was taken. The thieves weren't apprehended but I had been not really a police believe. Regardless of this reality, the Allstate detectives tortured me for 6 months and straight charged me of taking my own personal vehicle. The vehicle was present in many times, put into a bodyshop however the estimation to repair the vehicle was $40K (ostensibly it must be totalled).in 5 months after I returned towards the store to consider my own possessions in the vehicle, the car wasn't there.
